Archetypes Collide is a fast-rising heavy music band from Arizona that has already made a name for itself in the industry. The band comprises Kyle Pastor (vocals), Brandon Baker and Jared Knister (guitars), Ky Sanders (bass), and Tyler Flamm (drums). They are known for their passion for innovation in heavy music and their unique sound that blends soaring vocals, melodies, and heavy grooves with retro synths.

The band's self-titled debut album was released earlier this year via Fearless Records. It showcases the band's talent in blurring the lines between safety and innovation in heavy music. Archetypes Collide is a unique mix of several musical influences, ranging from Linkin Park and Bring Me The Horizon to The Chainsmokers. This fusion creates a distinct musical identity that demands repeated listening.

The band has already established a reputation for themselves by touring with well-known bands like Beartooth, Trivium, We Came as Romans, and Immure. They have also performed at major music festivals such as Aftershock, Louder Than Life, and Welcome To Rockville. Their songs "Your Misery," "Becoming What I Hate," and "Above It All" have caught the attention of SiriusXM's Octane.

The After Hours EP, the band's latest release, was released on December 8th and includes the hit single "Destiny (After Hours)." The EP demonstrates the band's passion, precision, and willingness to experiment with new sounds and styles.

Archetypes Collide's debut album was produced by Oshie Bichar, the bassist for Beartooth, along with Nick Ingram (Dayseeker, Convictions, Hawthorne Heights) at Capital House Studio in Ohio. It was further produced by Jon Eberhard (Skillet, I Prevail, Until I Wake) and Landon Tewers, the frontman of The Plot In You. The album was mixed by Jeff Dunne (Ice Nine Kills, Wage War, Make Them Suffer) and captures the vibrant spirit of the Warped Tour in the 2010s with a postmodern edge. It is a diverse and unique statement of purpose that conveys a sense of authenticity and hope.
