Giovannie and the Hire Guns, Rival Sons, Bad Omens, and I prevail rock Pine Knob Music Theater for the last show of their summer concert series in Clarkston, MI! Due to limited access (and a PR mishap that got ALL photographers booted from the pit) I was only able to get in front of Rival Sons, and just may have stuck (snuck) around a little longer than welcome to get some shots of Bad Omens. Shhhhhh! Don't tell!!
This was my first time seeing Rival Sons, and I gotta say, they sounded amazing live! I couldn't help but listen to "Do Your Worst" in my earbuds while scrolling through my camera roll, and now, they're a regular in the catalog.
I'm a repeat customer for Bad Omens. Going in, I knew to expect, but was still impressed none the less! Like the shows of theirs I've seen in the past, they closed it out with "Dethrone", naturally, and an epic extended version at that!
