Blue Öyster Cult celebrates 50th anniversary with electrifying live release and "Ghost Stories"

Legendary rock band Blue Öyster Cult  celebrates 50 years with a double dosage of musical pleasure for fans. The band has unleashed 50th Anniversary Live – Second Night, a live performance of their second iconic album, Tyranny and Mutation, in its entirety. This much-anticipated release is a breathtaking follow-up to their historic three-night stint at New York City's Sony Hall.


Along with the concert album, Blue Öyster Cult has released another work, the riveting collection of rearranged and completed songs recorded from 1978 until 2016, entitled Ghost Stories. These "lost gems" that were originally captured on reel-to-reel analog tape and are now restored, breathe life once more into these overlooked treasures.



What's more, Ghost Stories represents the work of all the original members, making it a genuine contribution to the legacy that this band has built over the years. This musical journey across decades is sure to delight fans with hidden gems and surprises alike.
