The iconic innovators of rock and metal burlesque shows hit El Paso like a tornado, Little Miss Nasty with guest Sizzy Rocket, and local dance troupe La Femme. From the moment they hit the stage they danced, performed acrobat acts, and twerked their way across the stage. The attire for the night was black lingerie, leather and lace, schoolgirl skirts, and a few pieces of camo.
La Femme looked like a typical hip-hop dance team until they hit the stage with their smooth precision moves and red hot twerking, they drew the crowd off their chairs to come up the stage. This team of girls all from the El Paso area have performed in the area and entertained many people at street dances to festivals. Lead by Pam Parra more commonly known as Pamcakes has honed a group of ladies that sure make you stop and watch, Pamcakes Instagram page says, “Boosting women’s confidence one class at a time.” and that she has. I am looking forward to seeing this group perform again. Look up their link for more action, https://www.instagram.com/la__f.e.m.m.e/
Sizzy Rocket a native of Las Vegas, Nevada, started performing at the age of 7, was also on “Americans Got Talent" and made it to the semifinals. She rocketed herself on stage at the Rockhouse Dive and Grill and never stopped moving, heavy rock songs blew out of the speakers with her bad girl attitude and sexy voice. Rocket does not just sing she also picks up a guitar and shows she can make it whine as well, she later pulls out the big guns and wows the crowd by playing a 61-key ukulele. Rocket's 4th album, released a year ago, is worth the search for it, titled “Live Laugh Love” it is a must-have in your collection. You can find her music and links to her merch at https://www.instagram.com/sizzyrocket/
Little Miss Nasty stormed the stage and had videos playing on the big screen behind them, clearly, the theme of the show was “Bad Girl Romance” This Los Angeles-based group is a of professional international burlesque dancers and performers. Dressed in sexy lingerie with colored lights a fog they told a story from one dance routine to another. They performed for a solid two hours, and they kept everyone glued to the stage edge one song after another. The background music ranged from Pink Floyd to Butcher Babies, and they even had a few songs of their own mixed in. Dance routines were focused on the theme of the songs, leather-clad, denim jackets, candles, and lace. From Dominatrix to schoolgirls, they came to the stage to entertain. Spinning and climbing on bars and pipes they used as their personal junglejim. Rolling out a drum they performed a dance routine with water raining down from above splashing water up in the air with each drum beat. They all came out at one point dressed like street gang schoolgirls carrying beer cans and proceeded to pour the beer all over each other. The sire energy and talent keep the crowd going wild, slapping to butts and showing off their ass the crowd roared, wanting more each time they left the stage. Little Miss Nasty has performed all over the world, they are well known for being the dancers in Butcher Babies video of “Freak on a Leash” picked by Lady Gaga to perform as the sole entertainment for the“American Horror Story: Hotel” cast premiere party and was also Rob Zombie’s choice of performers for a livestream broadcast of his record release party. Over the years, they have performed as dancers for the Super Bowl halftime show to MTV’s VMA. Their current tour has them working the southern tier of the US. If they are coming to your city, you had better grab your tickets. My recommendation is to look them up and follow these girls they know how to party. Here is just one link to many where you can go to see them https://www.instagram.com/littlemissnasty/
