North America's beloved Is For Lovers Festival is back for its third annual summer tour, bringing together a mix of longtime favorites and rising stars in the punk and emo scene. This year's lineup features an impressive roster of artists including The All-American Rejects, Yellowcard, Underoath, Hawthorne Heights, Hot Mulligan, Saosin, The Starting Line, Less Than Jake, State Champs, Thursday, and Armor for Sleep.
Founded on the premise of celebrating the vibrant spirit and culture of punk and emo, the Is For Lovers Festival promises an unforgettable experience for fans across seven cities. From iconic bands to newly discovered up-and-comers, each date on the tour offers a unique blend of music, camaraderie, and entertainment, not to mention different lineups in each city ensuring no two performances are alike!
"We are happy to be back in 2024, soaking up the summer sun with these bands and fans, most of who have been shedding and shredding tears with us since 2004," says JT Woodruff, Hawthorne Heights' vocalist and co-founder of the Is For Lovers Festival. "Is For Lovers Festival is designed to put the fan in a Time Machine, and transport them back to the most vibrant years of their lives."
Newly added festival locations include West Virginia Is For Lovers, Pop's Is For Lovers in Sauget, Illinois, and the first Los Angeles-based outpost for the festival, California Is For Lovers. Returning favorites include Lake Tahoe Is For Lovers, OBX Is For Lovers, Iowa Is For Lovers, and Ohio Is For Lovers.
More than just a music event, Is For Lovers Festival is a celebration of summer days spent in the company of great music, good friends, and endless laughter. Attendees can enjoy on-site activities like dunk-a-punk and indulge in delicious treats from local vendors in the adjacent marketplace, creating moments infused with a sense of boundless possibility and excitement.
