Kiss Of Death Tour Part 2

Ice Nine Kills and In This Moment have come together once again to put on an amazing tour. The Kiss of Death Tour Part 2 started at the beginning of the month. The tour started without Ice Nine Kills due to the fact that they were playing other shows. They recently hopped on the tour starting August 6. I was lucky enough to cover the tour in Buffalo last night. Let’s get into it!

We started off the night with TX2. They opened up with “Vampire By Rumor.” The crowd was jumping, and screaming out lyrics. The band had no problem getting the crowd hyped for the night that was about to come.

If you don’t know TX2, they started on TikTok. Putting out videos here and there. They started to receive more hate than anything. People calling them “cringey” and other things I probably shouldn’t say here. Nonetheless, they still have a pretty decent fanbase. I, myself, enjoy his music. He obviously has to be doing something right if he’s touring with Ice Nine Kills and In This Moment!

The band played some other hits, like “Burn” and “Black Wedding.” They closed out the set with their newest song “Mad.” The song is currently unreleased, I haven’t been able to find a release date yet. But below is a little snippet from the official band page.

Shortly after their set ended, Avatar took the stage. All I have to say is, wow. This is definitely a band you have to see live. The performance they put on is just amazing. I’ve only ever listened to Avatar, so this was my first time seeing them live. Johannes’ voice is just incredible.

They opened up the set with “Beware of the Clown.” I don’t know if Johannes is the clown we’re supposed to be afraid of, but I’d trust him. Just his moments alone are hypnotizing.

Avatar played other hits like “Smells Like A Freakshow” and “Bloody Angel”. They ended the set with “Hail The Apocalypse.”

Next to hit the stage was In This Moment. This is another band I never saw live. The anticipation grew as I watched the stage crew build the set.

The band ripped open the set with “The Purge.” Maria stood beautifully as her dancers began to move around her. I will say, the dancers were one of my favorite parts of the show. There’s a very melodic way to how they all moved on stage.

The band played a couple of their most popular songs, “Sex Metal Barbie” and “Big Bad Wolf.” As their set was coming to an end, the stage went almost completely black. When the lights came back on, everything was red. Maria was at the top of her podium, wearing the infamous “Whore” cap. The crowd went absolutely wild.

The night ended with a bloody good set from Ice Nine Kills.

There’s something about hearing Red Right Hand that just gets you pumped up! This feeling rushes over you as the song echos through the venue. Once it’s over everything goes dark, and the crowd starts to scream. The guys start to take the stage one by one.

Last nights show was a special one for Ice Nine fans. If you’re a fan of INK you know that drummer, Patrick Galante, hasn’t been touring with them recently due to personal reasons. Well, the Buffalo native took the stage last night! Patrick made a post hours before about preforming at this show. But that didn’t stop you from being able to feel the excitement in the crowd. I know I got butterflies when I saw him walk on that stage. It just shows you how much the Psycho community loves this band.

Ice Nine Kills played many hits off of their latest album The Silver Scream 2: Welcome to Horrorwood. ”Rainy Day," "Ex Mortis," "Meat & Greet," just to name a few. But they also added some “new” songs to the rotation. They’ve recently added “Nature of The Beast” “The Greatest Story Ever Told” and their latest cover of “Walking On Sunshine.” Now, all setlists are subject to change every now on then. But they have played these songs the last couple of nights.

What songs are you excited to hear on this tour? Feel free to let us know on any of our socials! Keep on rocking and make sure to check out the full gallery from their set! I even added some pictures of fans!  I am so proud to be a part of this awesome community. To all my Psycho brothers and sisters, I love you, rock on!
