Hailing from Sydney, Australia, Northlane announced they will be doing a North America Tour with Invent Animate, Thornhill and Windwaker starting June 21 in Seattle, Washington! I fell in love with this band when they released Singularity in 2013 and, ever since then, I stayed a fan throughout the years and this will be my first time actually seeing Northlane live! Australian bands are the BEST bands and I am very excited for this tour! They also announced they will releasing their newest EP Mirror's Edge on April 12! Tickets for this tour series went on sale on March 22; I suggest you buy yours fasrt because this tour will sell out quickly! I already got mine, so why haven't you? Get tickets here!

The EP at first started on a rocky path with all the band members, but they decided to go to a writing retreat in Victoria's Yarra Valley to face these difficulties head on to be able to unlock new channels of creativity. With that being said; the songwriter/producer, Don Deiley stated "the greatest hits of Northlane sounds" with special guests such as Winston McCall (Parkway Drive) and Ian Kenny (Karnivool/Birds of Tokyo) which are Northlanes biggest influential artists! The EP is meant to look at yourself and reflect on your past one final time to find hope in what lies beyond the mirrors edge!
