SUMAC Announces Additional Tour Dates for August in Support of New Album "The Healer"

Just ahead of the highly anticipated release of their new album The Healer on June 21, 2024, SUMAC has announced an additional set of tour dates for August 2024. This summer, the band will bring their powerful live performances to new audiences across North America, with support from Portrayal of Guilt and Trigger Object. Tickets for the August tour dates went on sale on Friday, June 14 at 10 AM local time.


SUMAC's tour kicks off on the album's release day at the Vancouver International Jazz Festival, where they will perform alongside Moor Mother, who recently remixed their track "World of Light" from The Healer. This initial run includes dates in the Pacific Northwest and West Coast, featuring diverse support acts such as White Boy Scream, Chained to the Bottom of the Ocean, Sulfuric Cautery, Zachary Watkins, and Rile.


The August leg of the tour extends SUMAC's reach into the southwestern and central United States, offering fans in those regions a chance to experience their dynamic live show. The complete list of tour dates is as follows:
