The Revivalists brought their Southern charm and sunny vibes to a sold-out crowd at Metro on a chilly Chicago Wednesday night. David Shaw performed quite the balancing act - literally and figuratively - stepping over the barricade, and teeter-tottering on the rails to bellow alongside the swaying crowd. Even with a full 7-piece band, the show felt intimate and personal. The Revivalists are celebrating their new album, Pour It Out Into The Night, and they did just that, filling our collective cups this fall until we see them again.
